We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless adoption of our technology. Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to define functional and data requirements for seamless integration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring long-term, win-win partnerships.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze data-related issues, collaborate with the development team, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize client workflows and internal processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Training & Support: Educate users on our platform’s features and best practices.
  • Management: Share the vision of the company, commit to grow the business as a member of the management team.

Requirements

  • Strong financial data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in fund accounting, investment analysis and reporting or fund accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of software system, SQL or Python scripting is a plus.
  • Native Japanese (client communication); basic English proficiency (internal communication) is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling client needs.

Team Structure

  • Manage a small client support team 2 to 3 people.
  • Report directly to CEO.

Working Hours & Location

  • Full-time, onsite in Tokyo.
  • Flexible working hours with remote work options available upon request.
