Visual Alpha Consulting Project Manager Assistant Intern Role (Tokyo Onsite)


Visual Alpha manages projects related to initiatives for promoting Tokyo as a global financial center. We are looking for students from top universities as a project manager assistant role. This will be an on-site role in Tokyo, for minimum 6 months (prefer 12 months or more).

Role 

  • Assist the project manager to complete the project day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Market research about global institutional investment in emerging managers including hedge funds and private markets

  • Arrange meetings with counterparties and create meeting memos

  • Create and update contents on the external website

Requirement

  • Strong coordination and communication skills, self motivated

  • Good at research based on public information on the internet

  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Fluent in English (prefer native)

  • Fluent in Japanese (business level, N1 equivalent)


About the Company

Visual Alpha was founded in late 2019 in Tokyo, and currently has a team of about 15 people. 

English is the first language used in the company, but the client support and sales team are fluent in Japanese. We have employees from the U.S., China, Japan. We have accepted interns from all around the world, including universities in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Malaysia and Japan. 


Our office is next to the Aoyama Ichome station of the Oedo Line and Ginza Line. We have flexible working hours and allow remote work, upon request.
