Respond to client email inquiries about functionalities and data
Analyze data issues and work with the dev team to deliver fixes
Carry out smoke test of the functionalities of the software after each release
Report to client support team manager, expected work volume is up to 20 hours per week
Strong problem solving skills, self motivated
Good at using Excel formulas, good at data analysis
Knowledge of accounting or investment data analysis (better to have, not mandatory)
Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing and speaking), Basic English
About the Company
Visual Alpha was founded in late 2019 in Tokyo, and currently has a team of about 15 people.
English is the first language used in the company, but the client support and sales team are fluent in Japanese. We have employees from the U.S., China, Japan. We have accepted interns from all around the world, including universities in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Malaysia and Japan.
Our office is next to the Aoyama Ichome station of the Oedo Line and Ginza Line. We have flexible working hours and allow remote work, upon request.
